Joe Mellen has worked in the art business for over 30 years, both in the UK and the USA. In that time he has run two London galleries, as well as a Fine Art publishing company. Joe has expertise of the many different types of framing that suit both traditional and contemporary pieces of art.

No longer will clients have to take their artwork to a framer and bring it home, perhaps only to find that the frame matches the art but not the room. Joe will bring a wide range of mouldings and will give you expert advice on the choice of frame.

Joe has an specialist team of craftsmen, assembled over many years, who are adept at working with all styles of frame from traditional to contemporary, including: handmade frames, painted, gilded, crackle gesso mounts for old master paintings, drawings and antique prints to the simpler, more modern styles for contemporary works, such as perspex trays and aluminium.
